Chandigarh 16th November 2020 (Punjabi Teshan) In this Punjabi world full of comedies, Ardaas(2016) came out as a fresh breath of path-breaking cinema. A cumulative story which not only resonates with the most of audiences but also tends to impact their lives in the best way possible. The sequel Ardaas Karaan in 2019 proved to be one of the most commercial successes for any content based movies.
Now, taking that legacy forward, Gippy Grewal and Humble Motion Pictures announced the third installment in the series, titled as ‘Ardaas- Sarbat De Bhalle Di’.
The story of the film is written by Gippy Grewal who will direct this as well. The music of the film will be released on Humble Music. Gippy Grewal and Ravneet Kaur Grewal will produce this whole project. Vinod Aswal and Bhana LA are the co-producers. Hardeep Dullat will be the project head.
Sharing his thoughts about this, the producer-director-writer of the film, Gippy Grewal said, “Ardaas has been the closest to my heart. It has not only impacted the lives of audiences but every person associated with it. Personally, both Ardaas and Ardaas Karaan has helped me evolve not as a filmmaker but as an individual also. While announcing Ardaas- Sarbat De Bhalle Di, I feel immense gratitude towards the audience for believing in such concepts and helping us experiment with scripts more. I just hope Ardaas- Sarbat De Bhalle Di will be able to live up to the audiences’ expectations.”
