Mohali, 25th November 2023 (PUNJABI TESHAN) Recently, “Gudiya,” the first-ever Horror Punjabi film, was released. This film is presently showing in theatres. In this film, the lead parts were portrayed by Sawan Rupowali and Yuvraaj Hans. We recently saw the film “Gudiya” when it first came out, and this evaluation is based on a variety of criteria.
Gudiya Review
Character/Acting: Yuvraaj Hans plays the part of Angad in this film, and he just delivered one of his best performances. In the film, Aarushi Sharma portrayed Angad’s lover, Zoya. In addition, we have Samaira Nair as Harleen, Kulvir Sony as Angad’s friend, Vindu Dara Singh as a police officer, and Shivendar Mahal and Sunita Dhir as Angad’s parents. The distinctive character of ‘Gudiya’ is played by Sawan Rupowali. Everybody played their character so well and deserves appreciation. Debutant artist Himanshi Arora gave great performance.
In addition to writing the screenplay, Gaurav Soni is the author of the movie’s story. The moral of the narrative is illustrated for our family members and relationships. Although it is a scary film, it will also keep you entertained as well. This movie takes us on a terrifying journey, just as the trailer portrays. Its inspiration is ‘Gudiya,’ who murders anybody seen outside in the city at night. You may watch Angad, portrayed by Yuvraaj Hans, in movie theatres. He went out one night, and the rest is horror.
Music: Yuvraaj Hans, GD47, and other singers can be heard in some of the songs composed by Gurmoh for this film. Let us inform you that Gurjeet Khosa wrote the lyrics to these songs. This horror picture has a different mood, but it also features romantic music that was recorded with Yuvraaj and Aarushi. You’ll adore this film’s soundtrack.
Direction: Rahul Chandre, who made his directing debut with this film, is the director of “Gudiya.” He accomplished a fantastic job, and we should be grateful for his efforts in creating the first-ever Punjabi horror film for our Punjabi audience.
